Our story began with a decade of experience operating Dunkin' restaurants in Connecticut. In 2010, John and Jean Griffey, Brian and Beth Ramos, and Jim and Judy Yoakum brought that experience to Northeast Florida, opening their first Dunkin' in St. Augustine.
For John Griffey and his aunt, Judy Yoakum—both St. Augustine natives—it was a chance to invest in the community where their family's Florida roots began.
Following Jim and Judy's retirement in 2021, the Griffey and Ramos families continue to lead the business today.
Now with 16 Dunkin' locations across St. Johns and Putnam counties, we're proud to be a family-owned company committed to creating great jobs, supporting our neighbors, and serving the communities we call home.
